You’re leaving for a 6am flight to Toronto. Your dog hasn’t eaten, the litter box needs scooping, and you’re already stuck on the Queensway checking your phone for the fifth time. That’s a Monday morning for half of Ottawa’s working life.
Professionals here don’t have time to find a sitter, brief them, and hope they remember what your pet needs. Athletes training early or competing on weekends need someone who shows up, handles everything, and doesn’t need a phone call to know what to do.
Drop-in visits that move with your actual day
We work on your schedule, not ours. A 30-minute visit within a timeblock, whether that’s before work, over lunch, or after you’re home. If your training schedule shifts, we adjust.
A Pet Care Pro comes in, walks your dog, feeds your cat, and refreshes the water. You get a photo so you know it happened, and you can sit through a meeting downtown without that guilt in your chest.
Overnight care when your schedule doesn’t stop
Some weeks you’re gone Friday to Sunday. Some weeks you’re travelling for work and back Tuesday night. With Overnight care we arrive between 7 and 9pm and leave between 7 and 9am, so your pets stay home in their own beds with their own routine instead of stressed in a kennel.
We feed, walk, play, and stay. If your dog wakes up anxious at 3am, we’re there. If your cat needs their pill a set time, we know when and how.
“I feel as though a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. When I returned home, it felt as though no one had been living in my apartment,” said Pascale B.
Waitlist active in your neighbourhood
We’re taking new dog walking clients in The Glebe, Centretown, and Hintonburg. If you’re in one of those areas, you’ll move to the front of the line. If you’re elsewhere in Ottawa, we’ll add you to the list.
If you train early, your dog needs a walk before sunrise or late morning. We show up at the same time on the same routes, and dogs love the pattern.
Tell us your schedule and we’ll do our best to fit it.
