All services are subject to Pet Care Pro availability.
- Scheduling Timeline: We confirm schedules 3 months in advance. For example, to secure March dates, please request by early December.
- Deposit Requirement: A 50% deposit within 5 calendar days of your request is needed to hold your dates.
- Confirmation Deadline: For new clients, if we don’t complete the onboarding process within 14 calendar days, receive your request, and deposit, we will re-open your dates for other clients to keep the process fair and equitable. Inquires, emails, or a Discovery Call doesn’t mean we have your dates saved unless otherwise specified by management.
