All services are subject to Pet Care Pro availability.
- New Client On-boarding Timeline: We recommend two weeks for onboarding. This is so the process doesn’t feel rushed and it allows time for you to determine if we’re the right fit for you. Pets must be vaccinated before a Meet & Greet.
- Scheduling Timeline: We confirm schedules 3 months in advance. For example, to secure March dates, please request by early December.
- Deposit Requirement: A 50% deposit within 5 calendar days of your request is needed to hold your dates.
- Confirmation Deadline: For new clients, if we don’t complete the on boarding process within 14 calendar days, receive your request, and deposit, we will re-open your dates for other clients to keep the process fair and equitable. Inquires, emails, or a Discovery Call doesn’t mean we have your dates saved unless otherwise specified by management.
