The pet care pros we’re inviting to join our team have one thing in common, a genuine love for animals.
We’re looking for experienced, responsible dog walkers to join Limitless Pet & Home Care in the Glebe, Centretown, Downtown and Hintonburg areas.
that work around your life
so you can plan your day
to help build your skills and reputation
that values what you do
Complete our application and tell us about your experience with animals, your availability and why you think you’d be a good fit for Limitless Pet & Home Care. We’re looking for people who genuinely understand what it means to be a pet parent, not simply people who are “good with animals.”
We read every application and reach out to people who feel like the right fit. We’re building a team carefully, with people we want to still be working with next year and the year after. That means reliability, responsibility and a genuine commitment to the pets and families we serve matter just as much as your love of animals.
Once you’re part of the team, we’ll give you the training you need to work confidently with our systems and processes. You’ll learn our Time to Pet platform and how we communicate with clients, manage visits and provide the level of care our clients expect.
You’ll be matched with pets and families who need your skills and experience. Over time, you’ll build relationships with pets who genuinely look forward to seeing you, and families who come to know and trust you deeply. That’s the part that makes this more than a job.
See what it’s like to be part of the Limitless Pet & Home Care team.
2+ years of hands-on care with dogs and cats of all ages, including puppies, seniors and pets with complex or high needs.
You arrive on time and take every commitment seriously.
Keep the team and pet parents informed with meaningful photos, videos and updates.
A valid G2 or G licence, clean driving record and access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
You’re comfortable walking in Ottawa weather throughout all seasons as needed.
A minimum six-month commitment, with availability during the times most paw-rents will need you. This could include during the day, over weekends or on federal holidays.
This role is designed as additional income for professionals who already have a primary career and have flexible hours, work remotely, work in a hybrid environment or freelance.
We’re looking for people who want a meaningful, long-term additional role that can grow alongside their professional life. When a pet care pro leaves after a few months, it’s not just a staffing change. It disrupts a pet and a family who have started to count on them.
We take that seriously.
Flexible scheduling built around your primary career.
A company that finds the clients for you.
Training on our systems and processes.
A small, close team with real professional development.
The possibility of year-round, consistent income.
And relationships with pets who genuinely look forward to seeing you.
If you’re an experienced, responsible animal lover looking for meaningful additional work — we’d love to hear from you.
