Drop-In Services
A visit or two to help your pets get through the day.
The Ideal Solution for Independent Pets Customized options may be possible depending on your needs and availability!
Our drop-in visits are the perfect option for pet owners looking for periodic check-ins on their furry friends.
We book visits in time blocks. This lets our team focus fully on each pet and give them the love they need. Due to high demand, we can only confirm schedules up to 2 weeks ahead, based on availability.
Scheduling Block Options
Early morning: 7 a.m. – 10 a.m.
Morning: 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Afternoon: 1 p.m. – 5 p.m.
Evening: 5 p.m. – 8 p.m.
What services are included?
Drop-in service includes:
• Feeding & giving water
• One walk
• Playtime
• Daily updates, including photos/videos, sent directly to you
• Litter box, or bedding waste removal
• Retrieval of mail/packages if at the door
• Lots of love and cuddles
• Plant care (per clients instructions) if needed
Our pricing
30 mins = $35/visit
1 hour = $55/visit
1.5h = $90/visit
2h = $110/visit
Each additional pet incurs an additional $10 cost per drop-in.

In-Home Pet Care
Your beloved pet will enjoy personalized care in the comfort of their familiar surroundings.
Our dedicated Pet Care Pro temporarily moves into your home. We maintain your pet’s routine as best possible and you can rest easy knowing your Pet Care Pro will start and end the day with them.
Pet Care Pros arrival is between 7-9pm and depart between 7-9am. See additional information for details.
What services are included?
In-home Pet Care Includes:

Our pricing
$145 per calendar day for 1 pet.
Each additional pet incurs an additional $30 per day.

• “Day” refers to calendar days.
• Pet Care Pros arrive between 7-9pm on the first day and exit between 7-9am on the last day. Anything outside that window is billed as an additional drop-in visit.
• If you have more than 1 pets the additional pet(s) fee is $30 per pet, per day.
• All pets must have their basic vaccinations.
Note: The sitter may then have to leave to provide care to other pets or go to their day jobs. They will return to spend the night in your home. The next morning, they will get up, do the morning routine (breakfast and yard time/short walk) before leaving for their work day.
If your dog requires a midday visit, that is booked separately as a drop-in and is dependent on availability at the time of booking.

Concierge-Based Services
Pet waste removal
Cost based on square footage of area to be cleaned
- Let us take care of the unpleasant task of cleaning up your yard. Our sitters will ensure that your yard is waste-free and tidy.

Litter scooping service
$40/service
The perfect temporary option for cat lovers with allergies to their litter, pregnant people, individuals healing from injury or simply overwhelmed. We will scoop your litter boxes once a day, or a few times a week – up to you!

Litter box cleaning & sanitizing
$40/service
We will empty and dispose of the dirty litter, scrub and sanitize the litter box with a solution of 50% hot water and 50% vinegar. After we refill it as per your instructions.

Hard toy washing & sanitizing
$30/service
We understand that your furry friend’s chew toys need to be cleaned too. Our toy washing and sanitizing service will ensure that your pet’s toys are free of dirt and debris. We soak hard chew toys in a solution of 50% hot water and 50% vinegar, then scrub them clean.

Home waiting service
- Don't waste your valuable time waiting for the wifi technician or a delivery let us handle it for you!
- Our hourly waiting service is available with a minimum of one hour.
- We also offer 2 and 4-hour blocks for longer waits. Please note that this service must be scheduled in advance.

- A full day is discounted to $185 (this is ideal for folks having contractors in the home for renovations or repairs).
Hound of Honour
Are you looking to have your pet at your wedding for a specific amount of time? Maybe to walk down the aisle or be available for their close-up on camera? This service is for the paw-rents that want their companions at their special day.
What is included?
- Pick-up from your home and drop-off to your home when finished.
- Handling of pet in a distraction and guest free area of choice until it's time for your furry friend's closeup.
- Feeding and walking after drop-off if needed and tucking in your precious pet for the night.
- This is a completely customizable service based on your happy day.

Since this service is completely customizable based on your special day during the Discovery call tell us what the itinerary is. We’re happy to work with wedding planners, or designated people in the wedding party.

Cat Boarding

Are your cats also in need of a vacation while you’re away? Treat your companions to a staycation in our exclusive cat boarding location. Designed to provide a cozy and warm environment that will be adored.
Why choose cat boarding?
- Ideal for Timid Cats.
- Tailored for cats who prefer human companionship.
- Optional socialization upon request, providing valuable interaction and mental stimulation for your cat, which may not be available with in-home cat sitting.
Our pricing
- $50 per day
- $60 per day (Holidays)
- $10 for the first extra cat
- $5 for the third cat, up to a maximum of three cats (same household).

Additional information
• The day of drop-off is considered the first day of charge.
• This is an in-home cat hotel with one suite available (for up to 3 cats from the same household).
• The home has a resident cat that will be seprate from your cats.
• Meet & Greet with Nicole is typically between 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Sundays & Mondays. Other weekdays after 4 p.m. timing is negotiable.
• Minimum 3 night stay on long weekends.
• Drop-off/pick up time is typically after 4 p.m. timing is negotiable.
• You can bring your cat’s specialty litter.
• Cancellations during the stay (early pick-up) are non-refundable.
• A week’s non-refundable deposit is required for reservations exceeding two weeks.
• All pets must have their basic vaccinations.

1 Get in touch
Schedule a Discovery Call with Amanda, the CEO and Founder, to discuss your needs and determine if we’re the right fit for you. Let’s connect and see how we can assist you.
2 Request a Pet Parent Account
Click the button above to sign up and create an account. Here you will read and agree to the client agreement. We have a video to help with the onboarding process if needed.
3 The meet & greet
- Set a time for you and your pets to meet your primary Pet Care Pro – and your secondary too if they're available.
- We’ll send you an invoice for $25 to your email from QuickBooks.
- Your Pet Care Pro will visit you in your home. This is where you can show them around, tell them all about your pets’ daily life, go out for a test walk (dogs) or have playtime.
4 Booking our services
• Open the app and select your services!
• Once we confirm your request and the deposit is paid your request is locked in!
• Note: Full payment must be complete before service. Failure to do so may cancel your service and your deposit may be forfeited. See our policies for details at the bottom of the page.
5 While you’re gone
• You can expect daily photos and updates through the app for peace of mind.
• For privacy and safety we practice delayed posting. We will never tag you, post your address or alert that you are away.
• Keep an eye on our social media pages to see your pets in the spotlight.
• We will only tag your pets accounts if requested.
6 Upon your return
• We kindly ask you to tell us about your experience using Google Reviews.
